3 EMAIL COACHING PACKAGE

Then email coaching is for you.

The Three Email Coaching Package Includes: 
• Three responses covering one area of life you are looking to improve or change (e.g confidence, dating, mindset, social, career etc).
• Once purchased, you will receive PDF instructions with questions to answer and send to CATCH, describing your current circumstances, relevant past information and what you have tried previously.
• The first response will include detailed and custom coaching with CATCH’s understanding of your current situation, what might be getting in the way of getting what you want, and ideas, advice and actions on how to overcome these challenges and get the outcomes you are looking for, based on our understanding of your circumstances and expertise in confidence, coaching and breaking patterns.
• The remaining two responses will be for any follow-up questions you may have as you implement the provided plan.

Each email will have a 1,500-word limit. Any emails that exceed this limit or cover more than one area of life will be returned to the sender and required to be shortened. The coaching package is valid for up three months after its purchase, meaning you can use the remaining two emails within that time period. After this time period any remaining emails will expire and another package will need to be purchased in order to receive coaching.

Expected Delivery Time Frame: Each email will receive a response within 7-10 business days, please allow this time for processing. Clients will be prioritised in the order that the service is booked and there are a limited number of spots available; the service will be closed once all spots are taken.

Directions: Once the service is purchased you will automatically receive an email which will include questions and instructions, for how to move forward with the email coaching.

Exclusions: Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, so any emails received that indicates an individual may need clinical support will be cancelled and CATCH. will suggest that medical advice is sought. Refund Policy:All sales are final and there will be no refunds except for the medical exclusion listed above.
